Photography Terms & Conditions
The photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images created during the photo session. The photographer agrees to respect the client’s privacy and to use professional judgment in the selection and presentation of images.
The photographer reserves the right to compose, edit, and process the images in her own artistic style, including adjustments to color, tonality, and overall appearance. Basic image editing is included in the session price. Basic editing does not include extensive retouching such as background replacement, removal of objects, or significant modifications to skin, makeup, body shape, clothing, or other elements unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client receives a worldwide, perpetual personal-use license for all delivered images. The client may share, print, and use the images for personal purposes without limitation. Any resale, commercial use, or redistribution of the images requires prior written agreement with the photographer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer reserves the right to use selected images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. Clients who prefer that their images remain completely private may request a confidentiality agreement prior to the session for an additional privacy fee.
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a €20 deposit.
The client may cancel the session up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot time and receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
In the event that the photographer is unable to attend the session due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, a new session date will be arranged or the deposit will be fully refunded.
By making a reservation, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

What should we wear?
Soft neutral tones and comfortable clothing work beautifully in the studio space. I recommend avoiding large logos or very bright colors. After booking, you’ll receive a short styling guide for inspiration.
Can children join the session?
Absolutely. These sessions are designed for families, couples, motherhood, or simply documenting a meaningful season of life together.
What if my child is shy or doesn’t cooperate?
That’s completely okay. The sessions are relaxed and child-led, with plenty of space for movement, play, and natural interaction.
How many photos are included?
The session includes 8 professionally edited digital images delivered in an online gallery.
When will we receive the photos?
Your gallery will be delivered within 10 days after the session.
Where does the session take place?
The mini sessions take place in a natural light studio in Amsterdam IJburg. The exact address and arrival details will be shared after booking.
How do we book?

Can we purchase additional images?
Yes — additional images will be available for purchase after you receive your gallery.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Because spots are very limited, bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate a reschedule if availability allows.
