I'm Chiara, a documentary-style photographer based in Amsterdam. I photograph small, intimate weddings and elopements the same way I photograph families: candidly, in natural light, without posed perfection. Whether it's just the two of you or a celebration with your closest fifty people, my goal is the same — to capture your day as it actually happened, not as a performance for the camera.

Yes — I specialise in small weddings and elopements with up to 50 guests, documentary-style and in natural light.
How many guests can I have?
Up to 50. If you're planning something bigger, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
Do you travel outside Amsterdam?
Yes, across the Netherlands, and internationally on request, including Italy.
Do sessions happen in a studio?
No. Every wedding and elopement is shot on location — outdoors, at your venue, or wherever your day takes place.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for weekends and spring/summer dates, which fill up fast.
What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn't cancel your session. If you have a backup location in mind, we use it — otherwise, we simply continue and photograph in the rain.
How many photos will we receive?
Between 150 and 300 edited photos, depending on the length and content of your session.
How soon will we get our photos?
Within 2-3 weeks of your wedding day.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, 25-30% to confirm your date, with the balance due before or on the day.
Can you recommend locations for a small wedding in Amsterdam?
Yes — from Vondelpark and the Amsterdamse Bos to quiet canal corners in the Jordaan or Amsterdam noord. I can suggest spots in the city or around, that fit the size and mood of your day.
Do you offer a second photographer?
Yes, as an add-on for larger small-wedding packages — ask when you get in touch.
Do you photograph civil ceremonies, symbolic ceremonies, or both?
Both — whether legally binding or symbolic, I document it the same way: candidly and as it happens.
Do you photograph all couples?
Yes, every couple is welcome, whatever your background.
