Hi, I'm Chiara,

an Italian photographer based in Amsterdam since 2016.

I'm a documentary-style family photographer, capturing candid, heartfelt moments for families, couples and newborns in natural light. My sessions are relaxed and unposed, always on location, in your home, outdoors around Amsterdam, or wherever feels most like you.

Never in a studio, so the images feel real, not staged.

Before focusing on family photography I spent years shooting commercial and editorial work for brands including Airbnb, Treatwell, Deliveroo, Thuisbezorgd and Belvilla, and photographed weddings and events back in Italy. That background is exactly why I shoot the way I do today.

I look for genuine connection and real moments, not posed perfection.

I completed my photography studies in 2014 and have been building my independent projects alongside commissioned work ever since.

Hoi, ik ben Chiara, een Italiaanse fotograaf, sinds 2016 gevestigd in Amsterdam.

Ik ben een documentaire gezinsfotograaf en leg natuurlijke, oprechte momenten vast voor gezinnen, stellen en pasgeborenen, met natuurlijk licht. Mijn sessies zijn ontspannen en ongeposeerd, altijd op locatie, bij jou thuis, buiten in Amsterdam, of op een plek die bij jou past, nooit in een studio, zodat de foto's echt aanvoelen, niet gestileerd.

Voordat ik me richtte op gezinsfotografie, werkte ik jarenlang aan commercieel en redactioneel werk voor merken zoals Airbnb, Treatwell, Deliveroo, Thuisbezorgd en Belvilla, en fotografeerde ik bruiloften en evenementen in Italië. Die achtergrond is precies de reden waarom ik nu op deze manier fotografeer: ik zoek naar oprechte verbinding en echte momenten, niet naar geposeerde perfectie.

Ik rondde mijn fotografiestudie af in 2014 en werk sindsdien aan mijn onafhankelijke projecten naast opdrachten.
